We are not shipping to the mainland yet, and the reason is worth stating plainly: nearly every state requires a product like this to be registered with its department of agriculture before it can legally be sold to someone living there. Hawaiʻi is one of the very few that does not. We are selling forty bottles to find out whether anyone wants this — registering across the mainland before we know that would cost more than the answer is worth.
So we are selling it here first. When the volume justifies the paperwork, we will do the paperwork. If you are on the mainland, join the list and we will write to you the day that changes.
Thirty days, unopened, full refund. Email us and send it back — return shipping is on us. The refund goes to the original card within five business days of the bottle arriving.
Opened bottles: tell us what went wrong. If it separated badly, arrived damaged, or is not what you expected, we will make it right — refund or replacement, your choice. This is the first run we have sold and we would rather know than keep your money.
Damaged in transit: send a photo within seven days and we will replace it or refund it, no return needed. It is cobalt glass; sometimes glass loses.
